Do I need previous experience in hairdressing?
No prior experience is required. Our courses are designed for complete beginners as well as professionals looking to add new services.
Q: What tools do I need for training?
Nano Ring Extensions: Nano rings, pliers, loop tool, sectioning clips.
Tape-In Extensions: Tape extension pliers, replacement tapes, sectioning clips.
A mannequin head is strongly recommended for practice before working on live models.
Q: Will I get a certificate?
A: Yes! Once you complete the course and submit your case study (if required), you’ll receive an accredited certificate by email.
Q: Is the certificate accredited?
A: Yes, our certificate is fully accredited and insurable, meaning you can work professionally and gain insurance after qualifying.
Q: How quickly will I get my certificate?
A: Certificates are sent up to 14 working days after successful completion.

Q: Can I get a refund?
Online Courses: As digital courses provide instant access to all training materials, we do not offer refunds once enrollment is complete.
Face-to-Face Courses: We offer a 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled training date. Cancellations made within 14 days of your course date are non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
We do not currently offer payment plans. All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Q: Can I train from anywhere in the world?
Yes! Our courses are fully online and accessible worldwide. Please note, however, that all course materials, videos, and support are provided in English only. A good understanding of English is required to complete the training successfully.
