1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all students enrolling in any hair extension course offered by Grace Hair Extension Education, whether online or face-to-face.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Course Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
- All course information, including start dates, duration, and fees, is provided on our website or booking confirmation email.
- Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments and Fees
- Course fees must be paid in full before training begins unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
- All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to the course if payment has not been completed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Online Courses:
- Due to the digital nature of online training, no refunds are offered once course access has been granted.
- If you experience technical issues, contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
Face-to-Face Courses:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date: eligible for a refund minus a set admin fee of £50
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course date: will be given a 50% refund.
- If you fail to attend without notice, your booking and payment will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
5. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once at no cost if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled date.
- Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may incur an admin fee.
6. Course Access (Online Students)
- Login details are for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
- Access to course materials is provided for 6 months from your enrolment date.
- We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or sharing of materials is detected.
7. Course Materials and Certification
- All learning materials, videos, manuals, and assessments remain the intellectual property of Grace Hair Extension Education and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and passing of required assessments.
- Certification does not replace local licensing or insurance requirements — students are responsible for ensuring compliance in their area.
8. Assessment Requirements
- If you do not purchase a hair extension kit or training head from us, you will be required to safely fit and remove the hair extension method(s) you have selected for your course using your own suitable materials or model during your assessment.
9. Face-to-Face Course Conduct
- Students must arrive on time and follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Models (if required) are the student’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class time.
10. Health and Safety
- Students are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation.
- For practical sessions, appropriate clothing and hygiene standards are required.
- Grace Hair Extension Education accepts no liability for injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
- All training is provided in good faith and to the best professional standard.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the course.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid professional insurance before offering hair extension services to clients.
12. Intellectual Property
- All course content, including manuals, images, and videos, is protected by copyright.
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
- Your personal information will be used only for enrolment, certification, and communication related to your course.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled in local courts.
